What can my niece do if after going to divorce court in Jan 2019 her ex did not pay the settlement ordered by the judge and contempt case called Sept 18, 2019 where judge ordered 9 months interest added to settlement amount and his home sold to pay her but her lawyer have not contacted her since (she had called twice for info) but lawyer have not followed judge's order
How do you know the lawyers have not followed the orders?
It's time for your niece to have a conference with her counsel in his/her office.
