My fiance had his interview in Casablanca Morocco today....the immigration officer said the packet was going back for review to USCIS/NVC?
He was asked 18 questions....the only one he could not answer was how long I worked for my current employer. The only other question that was questioned was the fact that his only family members at out engagement party were his parents. His uncle lives in Italy and could not attend. Due to health reasons his grandparents could not attend. His brother was working in another city. My family was in the US.....but we dud video call.
Worried. We checked his status and it says "no status"....
Lost....our wedding was to be next month.
When the packet is sent back for review to NVC it is forwarded to USCIS. USCIS will send a NOID or RFE for additional evidence in about 10 months.
