I went on md case search i was looking at a civil suit a apt complex filed against me now it says comment then it says original green card filed im trying to see what do thag mean im a us citizen born in the us i know they have a writ of garnishment for me but im a little confuse about the green card filed mean they're trying to sue me and my fiance can someone please tell me what that mean also he is a us citizen or in the us as well.do it mean they trying to serve us
