My parents have stole my money since I was 12 by taking my paychecks saying if I signed them it went in a bank account they had for me but never did. I have back statements of them getting a debit card under my name and using my money and transferring my money to there account. I am under there phone plan and they did my taxes every year but have not gave me back anything, they have my car under there name, and I got a statement from my work on all paychecks I got and I should of had around 5,000 dollars but got only 16 cents from that. When I turned 18 on July 7th, 2016 and got my own account and now I have 600 dollars in a time frame of 4 months so there is no way that's all I should have. What can I do?
You are an adult. You can move out anytime you want. You can get a bank account that they have no access to.
