I have been attending a surgical tech program at a private non profit school. I and other students want to sue because we have not received the education that was promised. We have been having substitutes and not been graded fairly. It isn't fair we hAve to pay the full amount for the program when they didn't go through on their end.
There is not much you can do - you would have to prove what you are saying by preponderance of the evidence, e.g. if the school contract said a particular teacher will teach you and you can prove you signed up only because of this teacher, you may have grounds to sue. Try to contact a larger law firm and propose a class action.
