This started a Domestic violence case.
Due the domestic violence situation, my children got taken from me, I have 3 beautiful children 2 boys ages, 11 & 8 and a baby girl 3 yrs old. DCFS was involved took them away and I've been miserable since, my mother has temp custody of my 2 boys, their father was deported years back but my daughter stayed with her father. DCFS wanted me to start doing classes and drug testing so I tested positive on a drug test and I was referred to go to treatment, which I eventually started attending. I stop going to my programs due to not having a stable home and I had no income. So since I did not get any of my programs done and I did not make it to my last court hearing, my jurisdiction was terminated, my daughter's father now has legal custody of our daughter. What do I have to do to get full custody of my daughter? How do I go about this?
You complete what the court ordered you to do. Otherwise, your failures will be used against you and you will get nowhere.
It sounds like Father got full custody-legal and physical. Were your parental rights somehow terminated? So you will get nowhere without complying with all prior court orders in effect. You need to be motivated and work hard, otherwise you will not have a chance at regaining visitation let alone custody.
