After being flooded out of a ground floor apartment, twice, moved upstairs, more rent, to infectious black mold, growth and spread resulting from defective HVAC, providing necessary moisture and growth of mushrooms in carpet...have pictures! Reported but ignored for 2 weeks...verified by 2 independent mold assessment companies...threatened with 4 day eviction if access denied to cover up (reckless endangerment in exposure to higher levels of mold, refused to move me or even provide hotel for 2 days of attempted removal...code violation and health hazard!) Hospitalized with intestinal infection and now permanent lung damage...all belongings now at risk of carrying spores....can't move elsewhere for fear of future contamination. I need an attorney with successful record in mold litigation to represent me in this matter on a contingency basis...senior citizen living on social security! Someone please respond. There are probable more tenants in this complex, with a water history, unaware they have mold as well!
