Complain to the U.S. Trustee's office and to the appropriate state body (see https://www.ohiobar.org/ForPublic/AboutLawyers/Pages/StaticPage-84.aspx for more information).

First, you should hire another attorney. If he does not refund your fees the Trustee's Office can be of great help in getting the fees refunded to you. Second, you should file a complaint with the Ohio Supreme Court and the U.S. Trustee's Office in Cleveland, Ohio.

His answering of this question does not constitute an attorney client relationship, nor can his answer be relied on since the question does not permit Attorney Sternberg to seek additional information necessary to render an legal opinion.
I agree with all 3 prior responses; this conduct is unacceptable. Here is a link to the Ohio Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary pages where you can find instructions for filing a complaint against the attorney. It may also trigger other mechanisms established by the Ohio Supreme Court and the state Bar Association, such as a client reimbursement fund and so forth.
Good luck with this and I hope your future experience with the profession is better than your recent adventure.
