I didn't went back to him after that, because I'm afraid to get more problems, i need help and my money back from bad work, that i could go to a different dentist to fix his mistakes.

Given the time and expense of malpractice lawsuits, they usually do not make sense unless you've sustained a serious, permanent injury. Without minimizing what you're going through, tooth sensitivity would arguably not justify such a lawsuit. If your dentist is a member of the New York State Dental Association, you can request a peer review of the care your received.
