I was fired at the end of Jan supposedly for taking a call about a job I had applied for prior to starting at this company The man that was the fleet mngr while I was working there had told the owner he was going to accept another job in July, if the owner did not give him a raise The owner gave him the raise I believe I was wrongfully terminated for that incident however there are some things that lead me to believe that I was also a victim of sexual discrimination I was hired in April 2016 as the GM by the man who was the current owner In approximately May a new owner took over and within a week he rehired a man who had previously quit with no notice in April who also had less experience in the industry than I The new GM brought the above-mentioned fleet mngr with him. Then approx Nov. the GM quit again without notice The owner asked me if I could handle the tasks I advised him of course However any time he had non-fleet related issues he would not address or bring them to my attention he would contact the fleet manager He then fired me on Jan 26th of this year as I mentioned previously He placed two males to do my job who combined do not even have half of the experience I have.
