During early December 2016, I received a Second Annual Accounting report associated with an Estate, of which I am a beneficiary. Upon review of report, I discovered that bank statements were omitted / not included. Yet, report narratives state bank statements being provided. Furthermore, report narratives state that report is Final report but again -- it's incorrect. Then, at signature blocks of Executrix and Public Notary there is a missing Public Notary seal stamp. I have informed the attorney of estate in regards to errors and missing information. I received indication of efforts to amend report but I have not received amended reports.
This is an estate law question and I will change the category for you.

I would hire an attorney to represent me. Otherwise, you have no advocate on your side.
Merely writing a letter to the judge won't be enough.

If the situation is not remedied, you should consider hiring a probate attorney in your area to ensure you receive the information you are entitled to and advise you as to the option you have available. The attorney that represents the executrix does not represent you.
