i was arrested on 3 accounts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct all class 3 felony's. the gun was not loaded , but i did have it out trying to get the crowd to disperse for jumping. it was a big fight that included kids, adult ,teens over 17 pple were present.
what could i plea and how will the judge look at my situation.
Loaded or not, the aggravated assault involving a weapon is considered a dangerous offense. EACH felony carries a potential and mandatory 5-15 year prison term. If multiple victims as noted above, then the court could order the prison terms to run consecutively...in other words the three counts could result in a 15-45 year mandatory prison term. You really need to discuss the issues with counsel immediately. The charges are severe, the punishment outrageous. Experienced counsel may be able to substantially challenge the charges and/or negotiate a favorable plea that takes away the mandatory punishment.

Most prosecution agencies take the position that if you used a deadly weapon in the commission of a crime, they will require mandatory prison as part of any pleas bargain. There may be circumstances regarding your specific charges that may serve to lessen the typical pleas that are offered, so I would recommend you seek the advice of counsel immediately.
My esteemed colleague, Mr. Snader, has given you excellent advice in his response to your question.
I echo his recommendation that you contact an experienced, Arizona-licensed attorney to assist you. If you can't afford one, a public defender will be appointed by the Court to represent you.
Lastly, please refrain from posting fact specific details about the incident online. Detectives and prosecutors have internet access too, and you don't want an admission you make online used against you at trial.
