What could be my penalty if this is my second dui?
It was my father's birthday, and I went to eat with him and had a couple drinks. Then i went to the classes for my previous dui they didn't let me enter de class because i had to drink as i waited before entering my car 15 min later I got in my car and I I barley moved the car when they stopped me.

A second DWI is an A misdemeanor, see 577.010 RSMo.
A misdemeanors generally carry up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,000, however, 557.010 has specific sentencing rules for a second DWI depending on various factors and evidence in your case.
