Plaintiffs attorney whom I've never known previously to my case actually told my attorney that," It's not that I don't like you, I just don't like your client" My attorney says why you don't even know her. She then replied, " I just don't.... Also, my family watched her as she watched me sign in. My mom said she looked at me with a frown and said to herself." I just can't stand her". The referee has to continuously stop her for being argumentative with me. I am in my early 20's and this attorney is mid 40's.
I never meet her outside of this case . We are not even from the same town.. What can I do?
What can you do? Nothing.
What do you care if plaintiff's attorney "likes" you---its not recess at grade school. Its litigation.
