My husband and his sons mom has a mediation agreement for him to get his son tomorrow may 22 from 10:30 to 6:30 pm. Now the mom is trying to not let my husband get him because she hasn't received the paperwork signed by the judge yet.
If she agreed to it in mediation, she shouldn't object and play games. If this is her MO, he should consult his attorney (or get one).
