My husband was deported twice for EWI.We had our I-130 approves in Feb. and know after waiting two years we finally have the appt scheduled. We have two children who have serious medical conditions and we are all here going through this process with my husband.Do you think we might gave the chance to file the 212 and 601 waiver. Is this possible in our situation?
No, your husband is not eligible for a waiver at all if he has been deported twice within the last 10 years.. You should plan to move to Honduras to keep your family together. Did someone tell you this could work?
