I had filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2018.It was dismissed September,2019.We had a agreement to pay the arrears on the Mobil home to the property management directly which was$1,700.00.We paid it in full in September.I went to pay my December rent the new higher refused payment and said she couldn't take partial payment that I owe nov-Dec and your bankruptcy was dismissed.I said your going to take payment and my bk has nothing to do with nov-Dec rent that I have paid.Next day received a ten day notice with the lien.Called talked to manager she said due up a letter and she would give it to corporate.I did and the manager sent me a letter saying there going to proceed with the eviction.with a copy of all these late charges starting from the month we filed bk in 2018 to 2919.I sent a letter with my nov-Dec rent receipts and said to get the lien off my home.Today they filed a unlawfully Detainer.What should I due?
