I understand the law is able to spy on your privacy when attempting to solve a case but in this case it is just a pedophile invading my privacy who happens to narc drug dealers to avoid prison time to the police here in Springfield, VT and he has threatened my life a few times I mean I am trying to keep my calm about the situation and with out hurting that person. What exactly can I do in this situation? I have a baby also and don't want that sick pervert near my child either and the police won't do anything to him because he is one of there informants should I go to the FBI maybe but then again they even use child molesters as informants. And they keep snitching drug dealers out to avoid prison time but accuse me of being the "snitch" on top of that. and they have also said it was "too late for me because they already pinned it on me".
The FBI gets involved only with matters that invoke federal jurisdiction. If the local police are using this person and will not take action against him on your behalf, contact the state Atty. Gen.'s office in Montpelier for assistance. If this pedophile is under a restriction not to be near children, contact his probation or parole officer too. Any time you receive a threat, document it and file a police report.
