What can I do To resolve this?

Call your parents, grandparents, cousins, friends, or anyone else you can think of and find someone who can lend you $500.
Before you pay it, you should contact the court and find out if the hearing will be cancelled if you pay the fine. It's possible, however, that the judge wants to hold the hearing anyway and yell at you for failing to pay, whether you can now pay or not. If that's the case, you either need a plane ticket to Arizona or hire an Arizona attorney to appear for you. (I'm not even sure, for a matter like this, if that would be allowed. You should contact an Arizona attorney.)
Be aware that this response does not create an attorney/client relationship. I live and work in Massachusetts and may or may not know the local laws where you live. I hope people find my responses not only helpful but somewhat entertaining as well. If you rely on this as legal advice, remember the old saying, "You get what you pay for."
