I got summoned 2 years ago for high grass at my home. I was away for 3 months on vacation. I have not been notified about this until now. They say they have a arrest warrant out for me unless i pay it off.
Do i pay off the 400 dollars arrest warrant and not have to appear in court or is there more fines involved?
Once the warrant was issued, you likely must appear. But you must pay the warrant then you can contact the court to see if it is payable. Such offenses often have a very wide range of fines so it may actually benefit you to go.

The $400 warrant is for not appearing in court. Pay the warrant, and you can apply that towards any fines you are assessed in court. Take care of the tall grass as well.
