I bought a few expensive vintage toys from a new website and I did not received what I paid for. He sent me a different figure that it's value is probably less than $10. I spent over $500 on vintage figures and I lost my money. What can I do? The person has instagram and was promoting his new website and I paid through paypal. I contacted the seller but he refused to give me my money back and denied that he sent me a different item. The paypal invoice clearly described the figures that I bought and it was over 3 figures but only received 1 completely different from what I bought.
and we vote for that person to be YOU. If what you REALLY mean is you made a high risk transaction over the internet and that the "someone" is everyone else, you are in for a great deal of disappointment. As a long time action figure and collectible game collector buying and selling any item sight unseen where quality of the product is at issue or from strangers in other states is a high risk proposition. THAT stated, if you are inclined to take some action to "stop him" you will simply need to be prepared to spend more than the $500.00 at issue to do so, as this would be a matter of princiiple and not a financial consideration.
