I ordered a hoodie from the site Mizuapparel for $40.00 and got a receipt emailed to me with the transaction on it. I had looked on the site for shipping policies and was told to wait 45 days for shipping as all hoodies are handmade. Or so I was told. I have waited over this time period and have yet to receive the package or an update on where it is. There is no tracking number only an order number. I contacted them at an earlier date to ask where my package was and I never got a response and for the past few days I have tried to access their website and I cannot get onto. I don't know what to do as i have lost $40 at this point. And I want the money back at this point or the hoodie as this is not fair for me as I have also just read many other people have had the same problem making it unfair for them as well.
I read reviews on this company before answering, and found every reviewer stated they paid and never received product. I will suggest calling your credit company if you placed the order on credit or debit card and file a dispute. This appears to be a scam company.
