12 years ago I got a traffic ticket and I use a different name and they took my fingerprint. I never show up to court. then years after I got arrested for reckless driving give my real information and they checked my fingerprints. I Only was charge for reckless driving..how come the ticket I owe did not show up, I am assuming it will since they took my fingerprint. How can I check my record. ? I really want to make things right and have my record clean.
It's quick and relatively inexpensive. http://ag.ca.gov/fingerprints/publications/cont... How quick? My secretary got a Livescan of herself and it took 72 hours. How inexpensive? They charged her $20.
Correcting one’s criminal record. Go to http://www.ag.ca.gov and fill out a form to show a dismissal or to claim that a conviction on your record does not belong to you.
Thank you Mr. Hill for an excellent answer. Obtaining a Live Scan report is exactly what I would suggest.
