Good day, i am married to a Lawful Permanent Resident, got my i-130 approved, did my fingerprint already and now awaiting my work permit to come through. However, while teaching my wife how to drive one evening, i was pulled over by the Police and given a citation for Unlicensed Operator. I went to my first Court hearing and was told to sort out my Drivers License and come back within a month, but i have no Social Security number as yet to get my License at the DMV...what can i do ?
Do you mean you and your wife were driving without anyone in control of the vehicle having a driver license? That's a problem whether you are or are not a citizen.
You obviously require a lawyer.

You can get a license without a social security number http://nysdmv.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/47/~/dmv-requirements-for-social-security-cards-and-social-security-numbers
An attorney can go to court instead of you to try to beat the ticket or get it reduced.
