I was acused on something at an employer....nothing big just an accuisation that was made...however it is one to get u fired ....when question I asked repeatedly for a union rep to be present and that I didnt want to talk without one...they refused representation saying it wasnt necesary at the time for my union rep to be present cause ut was just brief questions they had nothing serious...so I went along with it and 2 weeks later was fired for what was said there..i do also want to point out that all this is in writing including part of me being denied my rep....do I have a case here
