I was 16 and 17 when my charges happened and I’m 18 currently almost done with my plea deal, my lawyer told me after I completed my conditions and probation that I am able to get my records expunged once Since I got adjudication withheld, after deliberating with my family, they told me to take the plea deal and now after researching the Florida statues I’m uneasy as I’m trying to become a nurse and I’m unsure if I’m able to clean my record. What are your thoughts, what can I do?
Even if it were expunged you cannot expunge any case regarding the medical area. Look at the FDLE website for literature regarding sealings and expungements
I agree with Mr. Kollin and would add that your should be discussing this with your attorney.
Wishing you good luck.
