I am taking 2 different pain medications. One is a time released patch and the other is pill form. The dr ordered a drug test. When I went the dr done an oral swab test instead of an urine test. When the results came in the test didn't show the patch and told me he wasn't going to see me anymore as his patient. I told him I was using my patches and even showed him the makes they leave on my skin. The dr ordered another swab test that was suppose to be done the same as the 1st one but it came back showing the patches. The letter that was signed stated a urine test was performed but it wasnt. Now they are refusing to see me as a patient and I haven't done anything wrong
Yours is not a medical malpractice claim. Best to find another doctor.

Why fight to go see a doctor that doesn't want to see you? He released you so now go take your business elsewhere.
