My kids is staying with their father for a year because one of them was disobeying me the verbal agreement was they was going to stay with him for a year and so they can go to a better school the agreement was I would get them weekends and holidays and me and his girlfriend had a few word back and forth on Facebook he took they Medicaid and now my foodstamps got cut off and he gives them the option of coming to see me I haven't seen my kids in 5 weekends we never been to court now he doesn't wanna bring my son home he is 7 months my other two kids is 6 and 9 I just wanna see my kids and have my son back home I really want all 3 if them home this situation has put me in a mood where I'm stressed out sick to my stomach
Situations like yours are why we have courts. You can file an action for custody, visitation, and child support, and eventually a judge will sort all this out and enter a court order that you can enforce.
