I was living with a room mate. She kicked me out over a disagreement at night. I got all of my things except the big things i couldn't get by myself (bed, dresser w/ some stuff in it, an old trunk with all my important things, pictures, and memorabilia, love seat, chair and ottoman, stand up mirror, 2 side tables, canvas pictures, kitchen things, curtains and blankets, and a bunch of decorations and collectibles). She told me in a message all of my things were safe, now she's being rude and not wanting to cooperate with me. I was told she got rid of some of it, but i know some of its still there. I planned on getting a police escort possibly, so there's no problems. Can they get a search warrant and is that the way for me to go? And is there any other advice you can give me? If i file a replevin lawsuit in small claims court, she is that person that will get rid of all of it and say sue me you wont get anything at all...
