Pharmacsist violated my privacy. He was talking to me from away. So everybody heard my business. He eventualy up. He scolded and refused to fill
The short answer is nothing. Your damages, if any, are very minimal. It's a case where the person did something wrong to you, but your damages are nominal. Also, the pharmacy is not required to fill an opiate prescription. You should go to one pharmacist, who knows you. Pharmacist have people walk in all the time trying to fill opiate prescriptions. There is a concern the prescription is not legitimate or was obtained under false pretenses.
