My aunt is very very sick. She is insured with carefirst. She had a lapse in payment for 3 months due to her husband falling very ill. After speaking with carefirst they sent a letter saying that if she paid a certain amount by a certain, she would be covered again. After she paid, which we also have proof of, they refuse to cover her and she has still yet been able to see a doctor. Everyone we speak with at carefirst has refused to do anything, they won't even let us speak to a supervisor, they won't refund the money or insure her.
