I have had two exrays and a ct scan the exrays i had i didnt know neither did the docs and nurses know what they were, when i had my ct scan the doc ran in my room and was like did u know?? I said did i know what?? She said one of ur clips r migrating down!! I said what do u mean?? is that what those things were on my exrays n she said yes!! I did not know that they were medal and now my doc wants to just leave it in me like that n i dont want it left in me it could be harmful and thats prob y i have so much pain in my lower abdomen she said that she wont have to do surgury that itll be fine!! Im so mad i dont need anymore children but i cant afford to pay for the surgury n i should not have to go through this pain that i wasnt dealing w before i had this done i had this surgury done dec 23 2014 im not sure how long ago it came undone but ive been having bleeding problems and lots of pain for the last two plus years, i dont feel i should be going through this
Since you opened this requesdt under DUI & DWI I'm assuming that the clips you mention have something to do with your probation if you classified your question properly. However, I am not familiar with the use of any clips in use in probation which is the only application I can think of. You might want to re-classify your question under medical malpractice unless you can state how this applies in the chosen field.

though you really did not say it, I figured that the "clips" were clamped around your fallopian tubes to prevent the eggs from passing down into the uterus, which should prevent pregnancy. It is my understanding that no birth control method is 100% effective, and clips can also foreseeably migrate. I do not see liability in this case. To limit the chance of pregnancy, you will need to revisit the OB/GYN for a repeat procedure.
