My truck Was serviced by Midas I brought it in for an oil change and two days later I get in my truck and go to leave and I hear a clink like a pop and my cluster is flashing check engine oil pressure and I have no oil pressure so I pull over and look under the truck and the oil filter is gone just no where to be found oil every where. I than had to get towed back. This Was not the first time it happens while it was at Midas when they had just got done with the oil change they went to start my truck and the filter popped off that time as well. The manager then went on to tell me that this has happened before and he has seen it happen like 5 to 6 times in the last few months. So they knew that these oil filters are not reliable but continue to use them is their any way I can sue them. I have pictures of the incident as well.
