I started working for a At will company On December 22ND of 2016 on march 22nd I mark my 90days
I signed No paperwork just a W4-.. I recently Had a co worker get promoted to my manager Ever Since then he has been harassing me Disrespecting me as a person/ employee in front of customers and He Has been Editing my Time Clocks To make me Look As if I'm late. ( i do not have keys to store due to only management having them ) He told me if i was to get pregnant he will cut my hours down to 15 hours or Have me Terminated Because he over heard a conversation i was Having with my husband about having another child. He Makes me Clock out for Breaks and lets the other employees just sit around and doesn't make them clock out. i went for a vacation and i was suppose to return back to work on the 9th of march. and i been told to stay home the last two days when i was suppose to return. he told my district manager that he has given me a schedule but he has not until i asked him for one today. Honestly i was told to let him fire me and then collect unemployment and then report him to department of labor but honestly its much more then that please whats the best i can do about this...
You probably should complain to you supervisor above your boss. Put it in writing.
