I am a current part time employee of subway. I have been requesting an employee handbook for a while. I have been getting the run around about it. I want the book so i can know what my rights are as an employee. Also i am not being paid for the full hours that i have been working. I am in Texas

You can contact the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. They'll contact your employer to try to work something out. If after two weeks the employer has done nothing, the Department will open an investigation.

Subway locations are franchises. Somewhere in the store there is a posting of who the franchise owner is and a contact number. Make contact.
