I picked up my prescription from my CVS pharmacy metformin HCL 500 mg and they mixed in 850 mg with it.
It was very obvious that this was the wrong pill mixed in since there’s a big difference in the actual size of the pill
I called CVS and reported the problem and they want me to bring the medication back and they will make an incident report. What are my rights at this point since I haven’t brought it back yet.
None. Don’t take the wrong obviously wrong pills. Get the full prescription of the correct dosage. Depending on how you feel
Report to state authorized;get refund ; go elsewhere
You have the right to keep it, or exchange it for the right dose.
