Child support from Puerto Rico I wasn't aware and now I have 22000 on a rears, and is being 10 year with out now where my son was.
Was the case adjudicated in Puerto Rico, because you have asked attorneys admitted in Florida. If the case is out of Puerto Rico, you need to contact an attorney who is admitted there. If you owe that much in arrears, you are going to have to figure a way to pay it back, because arrears that have vested, you can't get rid of them very easily. Further, just because you have not seen your son, does not mean you do not owe the arrears. You need to file a supplemental petition for child support modification. If you do not have a timesharing and parenting plan, you need to file to establish that also.
