on 12/1/2017 my grandson was removed by cps from his mothers custody for child neglect. although my grandson was not with his mother at the time cps came and was never said to be living with his mom. They came and took him from a home where even cps report says he was safe happy and well adjusted. While in foster care he was sexually abused by another foster child. We had made several complaints and allegations that he was being abused which CPS ignored or made light of. He is now inMary Grahm Hall. This child is being treated like he has done something wrong he needs help not even the police will help us.
The help you need is a lawyer. Please look into juvenile dependency attorneys in your area who can help you exercise your rights and sort this situation out. The child should be able to be placed with you instead of in a home, so you need someone to help you do this.
