I live in a mobile home park in Florida. The water is shut off all the time without notice for days at a time due to broken pipes in common grounds that the park is responsible for. They have a maintenance man who is not equipped for the job. And they refuse to hire a plumber. What can I due to ensure I have safe reliable drinking water and etc.
You could call Code Enforcement, but the danger in that is the park could be shut down and everyone forced to move. I would recommend calling the Department of Business & Professional Regulation's (DBPR) Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Home Parks to file a complaint. DBPR will investigate. The telephone number is 850.488.1122.
