Meet with an attorney in person with your facts and documents. Whether and what can be done will depend on whether the complaints were made in good faith with a reasonable factual foundation. This is an issue that unfortunately many parents have to deal with. Does the current order give you everything that you want? If not you may want to seek to modify the order. If the order does give you what you want, but they are not following the order then you can seek to have the order enforced.

There is very little, if anything, that you can do about CPS investigating allegations of abuse or neglect. While it is pretty rare, it may be possible to modify the fathers rights and his access to the child IF you can prove his allegations were false and he knew it when he made the report. As I said, this can be difficult to do so you would want to retain an experienced family's w attorney who also has a good deal of experience with CPS cases.
