I have a 2002 I-35 that I usedTo get a title loan. I defaulted on the loan after 4years. The title company said that they do not want the car. They told me that I have to pay the loan to get the title. My car has a lot of problems and will not pass the emission test. Without a pass on the test I can not get a valid state of Illinois sticker. To make a long story short, the village where I live towers cars that do not have valid stickers. I am thinking of letting the towing company take the car... What will happen when they realize I am letting them take the car.. ???
You'll be charged towing and storage fees, in addition to the sticker ticket and loan you owe. This plan will only make things worse.
