Drivers license fraud
There really isn't something called driver's license fraud, so more information would be helpful. For example, if someone took your DL and pretended to be you, that's called identity theft and it's a felony. The statute of limitations for that is seven years.
Please note, my answers to questions do NOT create an attorney/client relationship. Only after a written agreement is entered into between the parties is an attorney/client relationship created. Additionally, the responses posted here are done so on limited information and should not be fully relied upon without an in person consultation where the entire case is reviewed and discussed in detail.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
