My approved i140 (under eb3, was approved March 18th 2016 afte RFE) returned to USCIS for a review? I didn't got to the point of even paying the nvc fees..
I have no idea what just happened. My lawyer don't help much and says he will try to find out.
It can take weeks and he doesn't promise a thing.
Is this true or there any way to find what happened quickly?
Listen to your attorney, that is why you have one. It will take time to find out what the reasons are.
Your attorney is correct. There is now way to find out until your lawyer receives a letter stating the reasons for the revision. It may be that NVC believes it was approved in error, there was fraud, or something else. It's really anybody's guess.

Your lawyer is correct there is no quick way to find out what happened ... don't try to blame him.
Sometimes there is nothing we can do but wait ... yes, it can be weeks, perhaps even months.
Thus, it is unreasonable for you to ask him to make promises.
