This is something that you should take up with your divorce attorney but generally speaking if a party fails to comply with an order of the court they can be found in contempt and theoretically incarcerated until they comply. However, if the facts show that the party lacked the resources to comply with the court's order they cannot be held in contempt unless the inability to pay is of their own making.
