I changed the practice area from Family to criminal defense. Although we do not practice criminal defense, I can strongly suggest that you not speak with the police until after you have spoken with and perhaps retained a friminal defense attorney.
Without knowing more it is very hard to give you "odds" of prosecution. Do not, however, speak with law enforcement without talking to a local criminal defense attorney first. These charges are serious and the repercussions to you are potentially enormous. Good luck.

I agree with the other Attorneys, and I want to stress, DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE. You need an experienced criminal defense attorney, who deals with Sex Assaults ASAP. The police are calling you to investigate very serious charges, which can carry a life in prison sentence. Do your future-self a favor and get an Attorney.
