My i-140 status shows approved and my priority date is Nov 2014 .My application is under H1B Eb2 category from India
Now what are the next steps? When can I apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD etc.
My questions are
(1)What is my advantage of getting my i-140 approved ?
(2)Do I need to ask my employer to initiate next steps or I myself can apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD ?
(3) When can I apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD?
(4) Is it possible to apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD all at the same time ? When can I add my spouse to my GC (at what stage)?
