A friend at school told me that she (is 18 years of age) is in love with her step dad’s son. She made it very clear that they were not blood related. They met two years ago. I told her that I think that is incest. She obviously started defending herself saying they were both adults and not blood related in any way. I asked if she has had sexual intercourse with him, she said no. Her step dad is currently married to her mom. Please tell me I’m right? I don’t want her to get in trouble later.
Incest is sexual relations between persons related by blood. Parent, child, sibling, grandchild. Related by blood is the determining factor.

Not sure why this is any concern of yours, but unless there is a blood relationship, it is not incest. So sorry but you will have to find your jollies elsewhere. And I would not call you a friend under any circumstances.
