I am an exempt employee at a bank and our boss wants us to work from 8:30 to 7:00 PM. The business working ours are from 8:30 to 5:30 and he just said that we are exempt employees and have to stay at work to whatever time he needs us. I want to know if there is any legal protection for us as it isn't fair.
