My son has a no contact order against him for his daughter and ex girlfriend but the ex keeps making contact and coming and picking him up and using emotional black mail on my son he was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment
Violating a protection from abuse no contact order can result in arrest and an extension of the time of the no contact. Your son should speak to an attorney to understand the severity of his actions. You can find one through your county bar association, by using the AVVO find a lawyer feature, or by messaging any attorney who responds to your question (their contact information is found on their profile). Most of us offer free consultations.
