I'm a month to month leasee in an RV park. The landlord have me a 20 day notice to vacate with no explanation
Except for Seattle and Tacoma, a landlord in Washington can terminate a tenancy for no reason whatsoever provided that they give you twenty day's advance written notice. You have to get the notice *at least* twenty days before rent is due. In February, that means on or before the 8th of the month, in writing, and hand-delivered.
The Legislature is currently evaluating whether to extend 60-days protection to all tenants, not just those in Seattle and Tacoma.
